WoW Cataclysm Alpha

There are rumors swirling around the internet that WoW Cataclysm Alpha is beginning today. The leak was reported first by WoW Insider, and there is no proof yet that the rumors are true.
For those interested in taking part in the WoW Cataclysm Alpha, it’s only for close friends and family of developers and those working in Blizzard. So unless you know someone in the company, you’re going to have to wait in line for the WoW Cataclysm Beta Keys just like the rest of us.
If the Alpha of WoW Cataclym is indeed coming out in the coming days, then we can use this information to predict when the WoW Cataclysm Beta might be released. If we use the same pattern that was used for WoW Wrath of the Lick King, then the Cataclysm Beta release date will be April 2010. Applying the same logic as how many months after WotlK Alpha the expansion came out to Cataclysm, we can estimate that WoW Cataclysm will be released in August 2010.
Of course, this could all be just another false rumor and Blizzard might not employ the same release strategy it did for WotlK as it will for Cataclysm.
Having said that, I’m totally pumped about hearing that World of Warcraft Cataclysm is even near Alpha stage and ready to get tested.

There’s just one problems with everyone’s idea of how long it will take alpha to get to beta.
This Expansion is bigger then TBC and WoTLK put together, which means more content. More content means more problems to fix, and that translates into waaaaaaaaay more time becuase it’s so fricking huge.
But I will tell you this, It’s awesome! I’m testing it now

i have the Iphone app “wow Cataslym Launch” and, it says the time when they say Cata will come is it 130 days….I CANT WAIT SO LONG
