Reading all of the comments I think people need to stop the moaning because blizzard arn’t stupid enough with the focus thing in pvp they will probably get a new proc like a Druid and resto shaman and will get a clear casting effect so the shot will consume no focus or somthing like that. If you can’t play a hunter pvp at cata then your a huntard and it will take practice and alot of Reading to master the hunter at cata

IM sure this is going to be incredibly unbalanced espaichaily with this many changes wich im glad to see happen to the hunter and most of you forget they havent said how big our focus pool it is it could be more or less than a rogues who knows thier not same class and you forget talents take place as well im sure thier will be plently that help in focus regain but in my opinion this is for the greater good may take some tweeks but im sure the world isnt ganna end

Guys who gives a crap if a shot costs 60 focus, iv seen YouTube vids were a aimed shot crits 35k consistanly at level 82 so all we need is 1 shot in pvp and there is also a aspect that allows faster focus regen and it makes it possible to cast auto shot why’ll running

If what I’ve researched and learnded about all classes in the upcoming expansion, Hunters aren’t the only ones being stabbed in the back. Shadow Preist, nothing at all. Blizz wants all Rogues to use Daggers as if that what they should only use. Enhance Shamans are going to be more like ret Pallys wearing mail. Blizz wants fury warriors to use 1 handers agains, even though 2 is better than 1. As said before, if you read about all the classes in Cataclysm, Hunter ain’t lookin too bad.

been playing and reading a bit more and i suppose that as long as you will still be able to fire at a reasonable firing speed (talking about the skills) and that your focus wont run out to fast i suppose i could get use to the changes. Im also really hanging out to see if they bring in some new epic pets instead of the same old boring core hounds and that they will give you more of a pick between cool pets and not just one epic pet everyone has (or wants).

hmmmm…..yep. they have officially just killed off the only class in the hole game that i thought was a really cool and unique in its own really fun and adictive way. not saying that hunters are the only class that i love to play though it looks like unless they can pull off a miracle, im going to have to say good by to my favourite, awsome fun, adictive class and probably wow.
i suppose if they added some things like these in, it wouldnt be so bad

.definitely a higher limit of focus then 100 like 300 or so with a faster regeneration like 10pts a sec

.just a little bit stronger attacks to make up for the less bombardment of attacks on the enemy

.ok from what i’ve heard from this, hunters are going to be using leather. i would usually say WTF but when you think about it it does make more sense

these are only my oppinions so instead of getting angry at them, i would love to hear some more oppinions from people who see this change differently.

ok, ive seen a few comments about hunters not moving, its not true. my hunter stands in one spot in bgs all the time, he just mows down the enemy. people complain about my crummy gear, but hehe, its not the gear its how you play. and though im angry about focus, i think the same concept applies there as well.

if steady shot take focus back what will happend in pvp , hunters cant just stand there and cast steady shot, how to get focus back in bg-pvp?
