Many reports are coming in from multiple sites that if you click V in Stormwind, you can see the Cataclysm earthquake mobs very visible. They are level 60 with 3,000 health. It is unknown if Blizzard has already hot-fixed this bug but according to a blue response “Thanks for the report! Definitely not intended =P“
